Ms. Dai Linghua, a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in the field of psychology, is known for her warm and empathetic approach. She has traveled the world and, in addition to her professional expertise, is also a mother to an international student, earning her the endearing title of "trusted confidante of international students."
Ms. Dai specializes in accompanying international students on their journey through the challenges of language barriers, cultural integration, and identity crises. She provides unwavering support to help them overcome feelings of helplessness and loneliness, guiding them towards self-discovery and the cultivation of strength and confidence.
Her wealth of counseling experience, exceeding 10,000 hours of individual case work, is complemented by her extensive work with growth groups. Through these groups, she helps members unearth their inner resources, drawing from a rich tapestry of counseling approaches, including one-on-one counseling, psychoanalysis, the Orinian-Alonian method, Satir Family Dynamics, and the Enneagram.
Ms. Dai's commitment to serving the best interests of her clients is at the core of her practice.
