About the Role
We are looking for a University Public Affairs Manager with leadership and innovation to drive our public affairs strategy at our campus in Kyiv, Ukraine. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing public affairs strategies to enhance our university image and establish good relations with the government, media, and public. You will be responsible for promoting Northwestern University in Ukraine, certification work, and maintaining public relations between the university and partner schools. In addition, you will need to coordinate with other departments to ensure our public affairs projects align with the university's goals and strategies.
Requirements
Educational background: Master's degree, public affairs management or related fields preferred.
Work experience: At least 5 years of work experience in public affairs management or related fields, those who have worked in higher education institutions preferred. Need to have related Ukrainian NARIC work experience or have had a special work contact with NARIC for more than 5 years.
Personal skills: need to have good stress resistance, communication skills, negotiation skills, and leadership.
Language skills: Fluent in Ukrainian and English oral and written expression, those who can speak Chinese will be given priority.
