Requirements
Based on our recruitment requirements, the ideal candidate for the Administrative Affairs Manager position should possess the following skills and experience:
Excellent communication skills: You need to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with partner schools and team members.
Public affairs management skills: You will be responsible for handling the public affairs of the school, which requires strong organizational and coordination abilities to independently or collaboratively manage tasks efficiently.
Office administration skills: Effective time management is crucial for handling daily office tasks. You should be able to efficiently handle and prioritize tasks.

In addition, the desired skills and qualifications for our candidates include:
Multilingual proficiency: Fluency in Ukrainian, Chinese, and English is essential for effective communication and handling international affairs.
Copyediting skills: Outstanding writing and copyediting skills are necessary as you may be required to edit, proofread, and modify various documents and materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also expected.
Salary will be determined based on your skills and experience and will be discussed in detail during the interview stage.
